Maruthi Dasari after Ee Rojullo, Busstop and mainly, Prema Katha Chitram turned into a brand and he started releasing movies on his name from his production house.

When his brand got remarks of being vulgar and harmful, he clearly re-invented it with Bhale Bhale Magadivoy. The movie made Nani close to family audience and even he became close to common audience.

Now, his brand is all about films that will entertain but his production is unable to release or distribute movies like before.

Brand Babu, his recent movie where he gave story, flopped and he decided to not indulge in giving stories, production and distribution.

After his movie, Bhale Manchi Chowka Beram, he decided to resolve to just direct his own ideas and not involve in other activities.

Will that resolve remain as strong as it is today? Since, his brand needs another re-invention he might be saying so, but if he finds another huge blockbuster, he may again go back to being involved in other activities too. So, it is better to say, "Never Say Never!" The movie with majorly newcomers is releasing on 5th October.
