Keerthy Suresh who played the role of south Indian Legendary actress Savitri in Nag Ashwin’s directorial venture Mahanati, shared a pic of her with AR Rahman. Keerthy Suresh captioned the pic, “Finally I have a picture! @arrahman sir.” Coming on the pic, Keerthy Suresh is seen talking selfie with AR Rahman. The selfie was clicked at the audio launch event of upcoming political drama Sarkar.
It is an open secret that the Vijay and Keerthy Suresh are talented and charismatic actors. They are sharing the screen space in AR Murugadoss’s directorial venture Sarkar.

Sarkar audio launch took place on 2nd October 2018, on the occasion of Gandhi Jayanti. Vijay made a politically loaded statement and said, he will never behave like a Chief Minister even if he becomes one. Vijay also said, “If I become the Chief Minister, then I won’t just act like one, but will do my job with sincerity,” Many in the film industry treated his comments as an indication of him being ready to take the political plunge.
Vijay also praised the music composer AR Rahman and thanked him for doing the film. Sarkar includes tracks like Simtaangaran, Oru Viral Puratchi, Toptucker, OMG Ponnu and CEO in the house. Singers Bamba Bakya, Vipin Aneja, , Mohit Chauhan, Sid Sriram, Jonita Gandhi, Aparna Narayan, Srinidhi Venkatesh Naku Abhyankar and Blaaze have worked on the music album.
Sarkar is AR Rahman’s second consecutive film with Vijay. Apart from lead pair, Keerthy Suresh and Vijay, the has other stars like Varalaxmi Sarathkumar, Radha Ravi, Yogi Babu and Prem in supporting film. Sarkar is slated to hit the screens on the occasion of Diwali.
Keerthy Suresh was last seen in Chiyaan Vikram starrer Saamy 2, which was just average at the box office.
