An Indigo flight from Chennai to Mumbai numbered 6E 5314, made an emergency landing at Mumbai airport on Saturday following a bomb threat. The aircraft is currently undergoing inspection.

In a statement, Indigo mentioned that upon landing in Mumbai, the crew adhered to protocol, and the aircraft was taken to an isolation bay in accordance with security agency guidelines.

"All passengers have safely disembarked from the aircraft. The aircraft is currently undergoing inspection. Once all security checks are completed, the aircraft will be repositioned back to the terminal area," the statement added.
