Ranveer Singh’s Dhurandhar Overtakes Baahubali, Sets New Box Office Record

Dhurandhar franchise total collection

The Dhurandhar franchise has achieved an unprecedented milestone in Indian cinema, emerging as the first film series to cross the ₹3,000 crore mark at the global box office.

Starring Ranveer Singh and directed by Aditya Dhar, the spy action thriller franchise has delivered extraordinary commercial success, setting new benchmarks in the industry.

Combined collections of both installments have now exceeded ₹3,000 crore worldwide, making Dhurandhar the highest-grossing Indian franchise to date. The first film in the series earned approximately ₹1,307 crore, while its sequel, Dhurandhar: The Revenge 2, has collected around ₹1,712 crore globally.

With this achievement, the franchise has surpassed previous record holders such as Baahubali (₹2,438 crore) and Pushpa (₹2,092 crore).

Trade analysts have expressed surprise over the film’s massive success, especially considering it has not yet been released in major overseas markets like China and the Gulf region. The performance indicates strong global appeal and further growth potential in the coming weeks.
