Stree 2, directed by Amar Kaushik and starring Shraddha Kapoor and Rajkummar Rao, continues to dominate the box office. On its 12th day, the horror-comedy earned ₹17 crore, bringing its total earnings to ₹401.55 crore. The film's strong performance is reflected in its 29.02 percent Hindi occupancy on its second Monday (August 26).

Trade analyst Taran Adarsh highlighted the film's success, noting that the Janmashtami celebrations are expected to boost its box office figures even further. According to Adarsh, "Stree 2" has achieved a significant milestone, entering the ₹400 crore club with impressive collections across both urban and tier-2/3 cities.

For the second weekend, the film grossed ₹93.85 crore, bringing its total to ₹401.65 crore in India. The film, which debuted on Independence Day (August 15), is performing well despite competition from other releases like John Abraham's "Vedaa" and Akshay Kumar's "Khel Khel Mein."
