On its sixth day, Stree 2 earned Rs 25 Cr (early estimates) on Tuesday, surpassing several films' opening day collections this year. As of Day 6, the film's total net collection stands at Rs 254.55 Cr (early estimates). Stree 2 is on track to outgross the Hindi version of Kalki 2898 AD, which starred Prabhas, Amitabh Bachchan, Deepika Padukone, and Kamal Haasan. Stree 2 might surpass this record by the weekend.

The film saw the highest occupancy in Tier 2 cities like Jaipur, Lucknow, and Bhopal, with notable footfall in Delhi-NCR as well. At the success party, Tamannaah Bhatia, Kriti Sanon, and Shraddha Kapoor celebrated with a viral dance performance to "Aaj Ki Raat." The party also featured Sunny Kaushal and Abhishek Banerjee.

Stree 2 is the sequel to the 2018 hit Stree, which earned Rs 129.90 Cr lifetime. It reunites the original cast, including Rajkummar Rao, Shraddha Kapoor, Pankaj Tripathi, Abhishek Banerjee, and Aparshakti Khurana, and brings back director Amar Kaushik, with additional cameo appearances.
