Lokah Chapter 1 Crosses Rs 100 Crore Worldwide
Lokah Chapter 1 has collected 46 crore in its first week at the Indian box office, steadily approaching the 50 crore milestone. The Kalyani Priyadarshan starrer also crosses Rs 100 crore globally.

Kalyani Priyadarshan and Naslen’s Lokah: Chapter 1 Chandra has grossed ₹46 crore in India within a week of release. With ₹101 crore worldwide, it now stands as the highest-grossing female-led South Indian film, surpassing Mahanati and Rudhramadevi.
The film’s day-wise earnings are:
- Day 1 – Rs 2.7 cr
- Day 2 – Rs 4 cr
- Day 3 – Rs 7.6 cr
- Day 4 – Rs 10.1 cr
- Day 5 – Rs 7.2 cr
- Day 6 – Rs 7.35 cr
- Day 7 – Rs 6.75 cr
While Malayalam audiences have driven most of the success, the film also sparked controversy over a dialogue that offended Kannadigas. The makers issued an apology and confirmed the line will be removed.
