Sivakarthikeyan Sai Pallavi's Amaran Crosses Rs 200 Crore Worldwide

Sivakarthikeyan’s Amaran continues to perform strongly at the global box office, crossing Rs 200 crore in just ten days. The film earned Rs 42.3 crore on its opening day. Directed by Rajkumar Periasamy, Amaran is a biographical drama based on Major Mukund Varadarajan’s life in the army, with Sivakarthikeyan playing the lead role and Sai Pallavi portraying his wife, Indhu.

The film has received widespread praise for Sivakarthikeyan’s performance, particularly his physical transformation and emotional depth in action sequences. The supporting cast includes Bhuvan Arora as Sepoy Vikram Singh and Rahul Bose as Colonel Amit Singh Dabas.

Amaran is adapted from the book India's Most Fearless: True Stories of Modern Military by Shiv Aroor and Rahul Singh. The film features music by GV Prakash Kumar, cinematography by CH Sai, and editing by Kalaivanan. It is produced by Kamal Haasan's Raaj Kamal Films International and Sony Pictures International Productions.
