Narne Nithin has impressed with his performances in Mad and Aay, showcasing his strong script choices. Rajkumar Kasireddy's standout comedic role is a major highlight of the film. A new poster was recently released to celebrate the film's 50-day run. Nayan Sarika stars as the female lead, with Ankit Koya and Rajakumar Kasireddy in pivotal roles.
