Pawan Kalyan's Tholi Prema holds a special place among re-released films. Though many believe it was re-released only twice, it has been re-released eight times. Producer Dil Raju, who bought the Nizam rights, credited the film for helping him financially, saying he would re-release it whenever he needed funds or faced losses from other films.

The film saw a grand re-release on Valentine's Day 2023, collecting ₹1.5 crore despite limited fan support. In its first seven re-releases, it grossed over ₹12 crore — a rare feat in Indian cinema. Recently, it was re-released for the 8th time and earned over ₹70 lakh on day one, even without a special occasion or major competition.

Fans believe that Tholi Prema, like Jalsa, Khushi, and Gabbar Singh, has the potential to create more box office records. Plans are in motion to re-release Badri on Pawan Kalyan’s upcoming birthday, while fans hope Tholi Prema gets another release next year.
