Raja Saab Closing Collections: Total Income Profit and Loss Details

The Raja Saab Box Office Closing Report: Worldwide Gross, Share and Loss Analysis

The film The Raja Saab, which hit theatres on January 9 to coincide with the Sankranthi festival season, marked the first major release during the festive window. Despite high initial expectations, the film faced setbacks from the very beginning. Midnight premieres resulted in negative word-of-mouth, followed by widespread trolling on social media platforms.

Within weeks of its release, The Raja Saab began losing screens as theatres started allocating shows to newer releases. As per the latest box office estimates, the film has recorded a worldwide gross of approximately Rs. 206 crore. From this, the distributor share stands at around Rs. 120 crore.

The total theatrical business for The Raja Saab was valued at nearly Rs. 209 crore. Given that the film enjoyed a largely solo release, it was expected to perform more strongly at the box office. However, it still requires close to Rs. 90 crore in distributor share to reach the breakeven mark.

Based on current figures, the film is expected to incur theatrical losses estimated at around Rs. 90 crore, making it one of the notable underperformers of the Sankranthi 2025 season.
