Vijay Deverakonda’s Kingdom opened with high expectations and a strong first half, but the second half disappointed. Despite hopes of a weekend recovery, collections dropped sharply. On Day 5 (Monday), the film earned only ₹1 crore share in Telugu states, indicating disaster-level performance.

Overseas markets, which showed promise in the early days, have now witnessed a noticeable dip in collections.

Overall, Kingdom has collected ₹38 crore worldwide in 5 days, with ₹25 crore from Telugu states, but it still needs ₹15 crore more to break even. At this rate, buyers may face a loss of around ₹10 crore.

Despite plans to release it in Tamil and Hindi, those have yet to materialize, missing out on Vijay’s potential pan-India appeal—especially given that even Liger managed ₹25 crore net in Hindi.
