Sivakarthikeyan and Sai Pallavi's film 'Amaran,' directed by Rajkumar Periasamy, has made an impressive debut at the box office, grossing over Rs 150 crore worldwide within four days of its release on October 31.

'Amaran' is a biopic about Major Mukund Varadarajan, a soldier who was martyred during a mission in Shopian, Kashmir, in 2014. The film adapts stories from "India’s Most Fearless: True Stories of Modern Military Heroes" by Shiv Aroor and Rahul Singh, focusing on Major Mukund's valiant mission.

Trade analyst Ramesh Bala confirmed the film's impressive earnings, attributed to strong word-of-mouth and favorable reviews. On November 3, 'Amaran' collected Rs 21.40 crore net in India, closely matching its Day 1 earnings of Rs 21.50 crore. The Tamil version saw an occupancy rate of 84.61%, while the Telugu version had 76.34% on Day 4.

Produced by Raaj Kamal Films International and Sony Pictures Films India, 'Amaran' features a talented cast, including Bhuvan Arora, Rahul Bose, and others. Both Sivakarthikeyan's and Sai Pallavi's performances have been highly praised. With its heartfelt storytelling and compelling direction, 'Amaran' is expected to continue its success in theaters.
