The highly anticipated anime film Demon Slayer: Infinity Castle, directed by Haruo Sotozaki, has hit theatres worldwide. Drawing from Koyoharu Gotouge’s Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba manga, the Infinity Castle film continues the saga after the fourth season, The Hashira Training Arc.

The plot centers on the elite demon slayers as they confront Muzan Kibutsuji inside the treacherous Infinity Castle, with Sound Hashira Tengen Uzui missing from the action. The movie is available in multiple languages, including English, Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu. 

In Tamil Nadu, the movie earned ₹53.54 lakhs until 7 PM on Day 1, competing with Sivakarthikeyan’s Madharaasi, which earned ₹96.20 lakhs on its 8th day. Demon Slayer Infinity Castle is generating global buzz, with an expected opening weekend of $45M–$60M+.
