Moana 2 has made a splash at the global box office, earning over $386 million worldwide. The sequel, featuring Moana (voiced by Auli'i Cravalho) and the demigod Maui (voiced by Dwayne Johnson), grossed $221 million in its first five days, including $135.3 million over the three-day Thanksgiving weekend. The film also performed strongly overseas, bringing in $165.3 million.

While Moana 2 received mixed to positive reviews, with praise for its visuals and themes of female empowerment, it continues to draw audiences with its captivating journey. The film also features returning voices from Rachel House, Temuera Morrison, Nicole Scherzinger, and new additions like Awhimai Fraser and Gerald Ramsey.
