Actress Shan Romi Reveals Battle with Autoimmune Disease and Steroid Injections for Hair Loss Recovery

Many actresses in the industry have undergone surgeries to enhance their beauty, some to lose weight, while others have had surgeries for features like lips and nose. Recently, an actress revealed that she has been taking steroid injections for her hair. She shared this information and even posted a video.

Actress Shan Romi shared a shocking revelation with her fans, stating that the past year has been very challenging for her. She mentioned that her autoimmune condition had worsened, and she shared this on her Instagram account. "2024 has been a very difficult year for me. I was diagnosed with an autoimmune issue that caused me a lot of pain. I had to let go of some things and leave others in God's hands. My hair started to fall out," she explained. A friend advised her to be patient, and promised that her hair would return within a month, and her friend's advice turned out to be true.

She recalled that she had to take steroid injections twice a month. I have been receiving these injections every month since August.I was afraid to work out or do anything strenuous because my body didn’t cooperate. Initially, I went to Goa to stay calm, and gradually I am recovering," she added. The actress has worked in films like Lucifer, Hridayam, and Blue Skies-Green Waters-Red Earth.
