Aishwarya Rai AI case
Bollywood actress Aishwarya Rai Bachchan has moved the Delhi High Court to stop AI-generated obscene images of her. Her counsel, senior advocate Sandeep Sethi, argued that her photos are being misused for profit and sexual gratification without consent.
Justice Tejas Karia said an interim order will be issued, with the next hearing scheduled for November 7, and the case adjourned to January 15, 2026.
