Boney Kapoor Files Case Over Sridevi's Chennai Property
Boney Kapoor has moved court over Sridevi's Chennai property, disputing claims from the seller's second wife’s children. The court has ordered an inquiry into the succession certificate.

Boney Kapoor has filed a petition in the Madras High Court requesting judicial guidance regarding ownership of a Chennai property formerly owned by the late actress Sridevi.
Three men claiming to be the children of the seller’s second wife sought rights to the property, but the court noted they are not legal heirs under the Hindu Succession Act.
The men had a succession certificate, which Kapoor challenged as fraudulent. The court ordered an inquiry, and the dispute is nearing a final decision.
