Bollywood actor Vicky Kaushal starred in the recent super hit film Chhaava. Directed by Laxman Utekar and produced by Dinesh Vijan under the Maddock Films banner, this movie is based on the life story of Shambhaji Maharaj, the elder son of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj. Released on February 14, the film has been making record collections at the box office, earning over ₹370 crores so far and racing toward the ₹400 crore mark.

Since the film was released only in Hindi, audiences from other languages were disappointed as they couldn't watch it in their language. There has been a huge demand to release the film in Telugu as well.

Responding to this demand, the film’s team has announced that Chhaava will be released in Telugu. Geetha Arts, a leading Tollywood production house, is planning to release the Telugu version on March 7. Currently, dubbing work for the Telugu version is in progress, and an official announcement is expected soon. Reports suggest that a top Telugu actor is dubbing for Vicky Kaushal’s role.
