Salman Khan keeps only 10% of his income for himself, donating the rest to charity through his foundation and personal efforts.

Salman Khan, a major Bollywood star known for his acting and philanthropy, has revealed that he keeps only 10% of his income for himself, donating the rest to charity. In a past interview with Aap Ki Adalat, Salman clarified, “I only touch 10% of my income. The rest goes to charity, but it's not exactly 90%.” He explained that his foundation, Being Human, receives many requests for help, and his father, Salim Khan, handles much of the charitable donations.
Salman is also notable for his personal contributions, such as being India's first bone marrow donor in 2010 and supporting various charitable causes. His NGO aids underprivileged children and even adopts villages. Additionally, he auctions his paintings for charity.
Currently, Salman Khan stars in Maneesh Sharma's Tiger 3 alongside Katrina Kaif. His upcoming film, Sikandar directed by AR Murugadoss, is generating excitement, with reports suggesting he may play dual roles. The film is set to release on Eid 2025.
