Hansika Motwani Faces Trial After Bombay High Court Dismisses Plea

Nancy alleges harassment and domestic violence, claiming it caused mental trauma and Bell’s palsy. The FIR cites IPC sections 498A, 323, and 352.

Nancy’s marriage to Hansika’s brother, Prashant, turned troubled, with claims of in-law interference and demands for gifts. Hansika and her mother had anticipatory bail but failed to get the FIR struck off.

Separately, Hansika’s marriage to Sohael Khaturiya is reportedly facing issues, with the couple living apart.
