Initially scheduled for a special cameo, Salman's one-day shoot in Mumbai was canceled following the death of Baba Siddique and the ongoing threats to his safety.

Directors Rohit Shetty and Ajay Devgn decided to proceed without Salman out of respect for his situation, especially with the film needing to be submitted to censors by October 18. While fans were excited to see Chulbul Pandey return, it remains unclear if there will be any reference to the character in a post-credit scene.

Salman had agreed to the cameo as a favor to his friends, Ajay Devgn and Rohit Shetty. Singham Again stars Ajay Devgn as Bajirao Singham, alongside a stellar cast that includes Ranveer Singh, Akshay Kumar, Kareena Kapoor, and Deepika Padukone, with Arjun Kapoor playing the antagonist. The film is set to release on Diwali and will compete with Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3, which debuts on November 1.
