Bollywood actress Janhvi Kapoor, who recently joined Krishnashtami celebrations in Mumbai, faced trolling after shouting "Bharat Mata Ki Jai" during the event. Responding on Instagram, she said, "All participants had said it earlier, so I did too. Praising the country isn’t limited to a particular day. I proudly say it every day."

Janhvi also impressed fans by speaking in Marathi and promoted her upcoming film Param Sundari, releasing August 29, starring Sidharth Malhotra and herself.
