Kangana Ranaut will headline the upcoming film Bharat Bhhagya Viddhaata, announced by the makers on Tuesday. Written and directed by Manoj Tapadia, the film aims to pay tribute to the unsung heroes of the working class.

The announcement was made with social media posts featuring Kangana. This film marks the debut production of Babita Ashiwal (Eunoia Films India) and Adi Sharmaa (Floating Rocks Entertainment). The makers promise that Bharat Bhhagya Viddhaata will evoke hope, courage, and resilience.

In related news, Kangana's political drama Emergency, in which she portrays former Prime Minister Indira Gandhi, has faced delays. Initially set for release on September 6, it was held back due to criticism from Sikh groups and issues with the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC). The film also features Anupam Kher, Shreyas Talpade, the late Satish Kaushik, Mahima Chaudhary, Milind Soman, and Vishak Nair.
