Kangana Ranaut Buys Mumbai Office for Rs 1.56 Crore Amid Bungalow Sale Rumors
Kangana Ranaut has recently purchased a 407 sq ft office space in Mumbai’s Andheri area for Rs 1.56 crore, according to reports.

This acquisition comes shortly after news surfaced that she might be selling her large bungalow in Bandra. The office, located on the 19th floor of Arch One, was acquired at a rate of Rs 38,391 per sq ft. The transaction, finalized on August 23, involved a stamp duty of Rs 9.37 lakh and a registration fee of Rs 30,000.
The sale of her Bandra bungalow, listed at Rs 40 crore, was speculated after a YouTube video from Code Estate suggested a production house office was for sale, which some believed to be Kangana’s. The bungalow spans 285 sq meters with a construction area of 3,042 sq ft and includes an additional 500 sq ft parking space.
In other news, Kangana is dealing with threats related to her upcoming film, Emergency, where she plays Indira Gandhi. A man on social media has threatened her if the film is released, prompting Kangana to seek police protection.
