The transaction, finalized on August 23, involved a stamp duty of Rs 9.37 lakh and a registration fee of Rs 30,000.

The sale of her Bandra bungalow, listed at Rs 40 crore, was speculated after a YouTube video from Code Estate suggested a production house office was for sale, which some believed to be Kangana’s. The bungalow spans 285 sq meters with a construction area of 3,042 sq ft and includes an additional 500 sq ft parking space.
