Kangana Ranaut, the newly elected BJP MP from Mandi, Himachal Pradesh, is making headlines for selling her Mumbai bungalow located in Pali Hill. The property, which faced controversy in 2020 due to allegations of illegal construction and partial demolition by the BMC, is now on the market.

The bungalow, covering 285 square meters with a construction area of approximately 3,042 square feet, is listed at an estimated Rs. 40 Crore. A recent tour by the real estate YouTube channel Code Estate showcased the luxurious property, featuring a stylish parking space, a wooden staircase, and a spacious workspace designed by Shabnam Gupta.

The office area includes workstations with wooden desks, a soundproof editor’s room painted bright pink, and a Parisian cafe ambiance with French doors, sheer blinds, and custom furniture.

Though Kangana's name wasn’t directly mentioned in the tour, it’s clear the property is hers, as she previously showcased her office in 2020.
