Kapil Sharma's Kap's Cafe Attacked In Canada

Kapil Sharma’s new restaurant, Kap’s Cafe in Surrey, Canada, was hit by a gunfire attack shortly after its soft opening. No injuries were reported, but bullet marks were found on the cafe and nearby buildings.

Khalistani terrorist Harjeet Singh Laddi, linked to Babbar Khalsa International and wanted in India, claimed responsibility, citing Sharma’s alleged remarks. Laddi is also accused of a 2024 political assassination and has known terror links in Canada.

Sharma and his wife, Ginni Chatrath, had recently launched the cafe, sharing opening glimpses on social media.
