Kiran Rao's film Laapataa Ladies will be screened at the Supreme Court of India on August 9, with Rao and producer Aamir Khan in attendance. The screening, part of the Supreme Court's 75th anniversary celebrations, will take place from 4:15 pm to 6:20 pm in the C-Block Auditorium. Following the film, there will be a discussion with Khan and Rao. The film, which explores gender equality, stars Nitashi Goel, Pratibha Ranta, and Sparsh Shrivastava, and has been well-received both in theaters and on Netflix.
