Lokesh Kanagaraj to Team Up with Aamir Khan for a High Budget Bollywood Film

Lokesh Kanagaraj is known for delivering blockbuster hits with engaging subjects and providing elevation to the heroes in his films. After the success of films like Kaithi, Vikram, and Leo, Lokesh Kanagaraj is currently working on a film with superstar Rajinikanth, titled Kooil (Coolie). According to Kollywood buzz, Lokesh is now set to work on another exciting project. It is rumored that he will be collaborating with Bollywood star Amir Khan for a film, which is confirmed to be produced by Maitri Movie Makers with a huge budget.

There have been reports of ongoing discussions between the producer, director, and actor for this film. An official announcement is expected soon. However, it is speculated that the project will begin in 2026. Amir Khan is currently busy with the movie Sitaare Zameen Par, which will be released next year. Lokesh Kanagaraj is expected to complete his Koolie movie before moving on to this new project with Amir Khan.

If this collaboration happens, expectations are high, with projections of crossing the 2000 crore collection mark, something Amir Khan has already achieved with Dangal.
