Ranbir Kapoor and Sai Pallavi’s Ramayana Part 1 has wrapped up shooting, with the team celebrating the milestone on set.

Ranbir plays Lord Ram, Sai Pallavi debuts as Sita, and Yash plays Ravana.  Kajal Aggarwal is expected to play Mandodari, with Ravi Dubey, Lara Dutta, Rakul Preet Singh, Sunny Deol, and Arun Govil in key roles. Yash is also co-producing the film with Monster Mind Creations and Prime Focus Studios.

Ramayana will release in multiple languages, including Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, and Malayalam. Part 1 is slated for Diwali 2026, with Part 2 planned for Diwali 2027. A special glimpse of Ramayana Part 1 is set to be unveiled on July 3, 2025, offering the first look into the epic saga.
