Ranbir Kapoor Ramayana remuneration
Ranbir Kapoor is set to lead Nitesh Tiwari’s grand vision of Ramayana, a two-part mythological saga backed by a monumental ₹1600 crore budget. This epic promises to blend ancient storytelling with cutting-edge cinematic scale. The films are scheduled for theatrical release on consecutive Diwali 2026 and 2027 and are expected to feature world-class visual effects on par with Hollywood productions.
Ranbir, riding high on the blockbuster success of Animal, is reportedly being paid ₹150 crore for portraying Lord Ram across both parts, earning ₹75 crore per installment. Sai Pallavi has been cast as Sita, with a reported fee of ₹6 crore per part. Kannada superstar Yash, playing the iconic role of Ravana, is also said to have secured a massive payout, though the exact amount remains under wraps.
The mega project is being produced by Namit Malhotra under the banner of Prime Focus Studios, with a vision to deliver a globally competitive cinematic experience rooted in Indian mythology.
