On the occasion of Diwali, Deepika and Ranveer shared a photo of their home's Lakshmi.

They shared a picture on Friday evening that shows only their daughter's feet, not her face.

The baby girl is seen wearing a traditional red outfit in the photo.

They announced their daughter's name as Dua Padukone Singh on social media.

"Dua" means prayer, as they said, "the baby is the answer to our prayers and our hearts are filled with love."

Fans and celebrities responded to the post, with Alia Bhatt posting heart emojis.

Diana Penty commented that the baby is very beautiful.

Deepika announced her pregnancy in February, and Ranveer has often talked about it in interviews.

Both appeared in guest roles in Rohit Shetty's upcoming film Singham Again.
