Riley Keough Named Biological Mother of John Travolta’s Son in Bombshell Lawsuit

Los Angeles, California, USA: Actress Riley Keough has been named in a high-profile lawsuit that makes startling claims regarding the parentage of actor John Travolta’s youngest son, Ben. The legal filing alleges that Keough is the biological mother of the child, who was born in 2010.

The accusation was made by Brigitte Kruse, a former business associate of Priscilla Presley. According to court documents reviewed by Page Six, Kruse claims that Travolta and his late wife, Kelly Preston, used Keough’s eggs to conceive Ben. The lawsuit further alleges that Keough was compensated with a payment ranging between $10,000 and $20,000, along with an older Jaguar vehicle, as part of the purported agreement.

Details of the Allegations

Kruse also claims that Keough agreed to provide her eggs after her mother, the late Lisa Marie Presley, had previously offered to do so. Lisa Marie Presley, who died in 2023, allegedly decided to assist Travolta and Preston after her then-husband, Michael Lockwood, told her the couple were unable to conceive naturally.

However, the lawsuit states that Travolta and Preston ultimately chose not to proceed with Lisa Marie’s eggs, reportedly due to concerns surrounding her history of substance use.

Background of the $50 Million Legal Case

These claims appear within an amended $50 million lawsuit filed by Kruse and Kevin Fialko, both former associates of Priscilla Presley. The suit is directed at Priscilla’s son, Navarone Garibaldi Garcia, and alleges breach of contract.

The filing asserts that after Lisa Marie Presley’s passing, members of the Presley family sought control over her estate and financial distributions, while Kruse and Fialko were allegedly used as intermediaries to negotiate and mediate disputes.

Priscilla Presley’s Legal Team Responds

Priscilla Presley’s attorney, Marty Singer, has categorically rejected the allegations. In a statement to Us Weekly, Singer accused Kruse of behaving unethically and inflicting emotional distress on Priscilla Presley and her family.

“These recent and outrageous claims are completely unrelated to the actual issues in this case,” Singer said, describing the accusations as “shameful and unfounded.”
