Salman Khan Reveals He's Battling Rare Brain Disorders

Salman Khan Suffers from Trigeminal Neuralgia and Brain Aneurysm

Bollywood star Salman Khan revealed that he suffers from several rare and serious health conditions—trigeminal neuralgia, brain aneurysm, and arteriovenous malformation (AVM). Speaking on The Great Indian Kapil Sharma Show, he also touched on his unmarried status, saying marriage and divorce are emotionally and financially draining.

Now 59, Salman shared that despite facing these health challenges, he has no plans to take a professional break. Trigeminal neuralgia causes intense, stabbing facial pain due to nerve damage and is often called the “suicide disease.”

Brain aneurysms involve swollen brain blood vessels that can rupture, causing strokes or death. AVM is a rare condition where arteries and veins connect abnormally, leading to disrupted blood flow, seizures, or bleeding.
