At 90 years old, Salim Khan, father of Bollywood superstar Salman Khan, remains remarkably healthy and active. Surprisingly, he does not follow any modern fitness fads or strict diet regimes. His well-being stems from a straightforward and disciplined lifestyle that he has maintained consistently for decades.
Salman Khan recently revealed this insight during a TV appearance. He explained that his father continues to have two substantial meals a day, typically including 2–3 parathas, rice, meat, and a dessert. While the portions may seem generous, the secret lies in maintaining regular eating patterns. Although Salim Khan’s appetite has lessened with age, he still prefers traditional, home-cooked food.
