Shah Rukh Khan in Talks for Baazigar Sequel: Producer Confirms Plans

Producer Ratan Jain recently shared in an interview that talks with Shah Rukh Khan about a possible sequel to Baazigar (1993) are underway.

In his conversation with ETimes, Ratan revealed that while there is no finalized script or concrete plans, he will only move forward with the project if Shah Rukh Khan agrees to reprise his lead role.

He emphasized that although the idea is exciting, the sequel would need a strong script and a fresh approach to meet the high expectations set by the original film's legacy. He concluded by saying, "We continue to discuss Baazigar 2 with Shah Rukh, but there hasn't been much progress yet; however, it will certainly happen."
