Shilpa Shetty Gets Lookout Notice In 60 Crore Fraud Case
Mumbai Police place Shilpa Shetty and her husband on a lookout list over a financial dispute. The Economic Offenses Wing is investigating a 60 crore investment associated with her business.

Mumbai Police have reportedly issued a lookout notice against Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty and her husband. Shilpa Shetty is under investigation following allegations from Mumbai businessman Deepak Kothari, who stated he invested ₹60 crore in her venture.
Authorities from the Economic Offences Wing (EOW) are looking into the matter, reviewing her travel records and coordinating with the company’s auditors.
Shetty held the position of director at Best Deal TV between 2015 and 2023.
Kothari invested Rs 60 crore for business expansion based on her 2016 assurance, but she resigned a few months later, and the company later went bankrupt. The lookout notice aims to prevent the couple from leaving the country until the trial concludes.
