Bollywood actress Shilpa Shirodkar shared on Instagram that her car was struck by a City Flow bus, expressing her frustration directly at the transport company. Company reps Yogesh Kadam and Vilas Mankote insisted the driver, not the firm, was at fault.

Shilpa expressed frustration over their lack of accountability and asked how the damage would be covered.

She thanked Mumbai Police for their support and confirmed that thankfully, no one was hurt.
