Sonu Sood Arrest Warrant Issued In Fraud Case By Ludhiana Court

Sonu Sood Issued Arrest Warrant for Failing to Appear in Court

An arrest warrant has been issued for actor Sonu Sood by a Ludhiana court in Punjab. The warrant was issued after Sonu failed to appear in court to provide a statement in a case involving fraud. A lawyer, Rajesh Khanna, accused Mohit Sharma of cheating him out of Rs. 10 lakh through an investment in Rijika Coin, with Sonu Sood listed as a witness. Despite multiple summons, Sonu did not attend the hearings, leading to the issuance of a non-bailable arrest warrant. The case will be heard again on February 10.

Sonu, known for his social work during the pandemic, is currently focused on his film career.
