Sonu Sood Summoned By ED In Betting Apps Case

The betting app case is creating a nationwide stir. The ED has summoned actor Sonu Sood, known as a real hero, to appear at its Delhi office on the 24th of this month. The investigation involves the 1xBet app and its promotions.

The ED is probing illegal betting apps accused of defrauding individuals and investors of crores and evading taxes. Several Bollywood and Tollywood celebrities, including Vijay Deverakonda, Rana Daggubati, Prakash Raj, and Manchu Lakshmi, have already been questioned.

Former cricketers Shikhar Dhawan, Harbhajan Singh, Yuvraj Singh, and Suresh Raina were also questioned, with Shikhar appearing for eight hours on May 4.
