Udit Narayan's Ex-Wife Files Case Over ₹11 Lakh Land Dispute
Udit Narayan's first wife, Ranjana, has filed a case against him, alleging that he sold her land without informing her and took ₹11 lakh, despite their divorce settlement in 2006.

Udit Narayan is a star singer who has sung super hit songs in multiple languages, including Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, and Kannada. Even at 69, he continues to entertain with his songs and is actively singing for films. He also performs live concerts regularly. Recently, he landed in controversy for giving a lip kiss to a girl during a live show. Now, he is once again making headlines.
In 1985, Udit Narayan married a singer named Deepa in Mumbai, where he settled as a playback singer. However, before this, he had already married a woman named Ranjana from his hometown. He kept his first marriage a secret and later married Deepa in Mumbai. For years, he hid the truth, but in 2006, when his first marriage was exposed, he initially denied it. However, after Ranjana approached the court, he had to accept the truth.
Udit officially divorced Ranjana in 2006 and agreed to provide her alimony, which included a house, some gold, and ₹15,000 per month, as per the Bihar Women's Commission. Since then, he has been paying her regularly. However, Ranjana recently filed a case against him, alleging that he sold her land without informing her and took ₹11 lakh that rightfully belonged to her. Reports suggest that Udit has already appeared in family court regarding the matter. This case has now become a sensational topic.
