On September 12, unknown men fired shots outside Bollywood actress Disha Patani’s Bareilly residence, causing panic.

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath assured her family that the culprits would be caught and full security provided. Disha’s father confirmed authorities were instructed not to be negligent.

Reports link the attack to comments by Disha’s sister, Khushboo Patani, which allegedly hurt community sentiments. Goldy Brar and Rohit Godara claimed responsibility.

Khushboo, a former army officer and fitness trainer, clarified her remarks targeted Aniruddha Acharya, not Premanand Maharaj. Police are investigating.
