Ahead of the release of Chhaava, Vicky Kaushal and Rashmika Mandanna visited the Shirdi Sai Baba temple to seek blessings for their film. Dressed in traditional attire, the actors offered prayers with folded hands, hoping for the success of their upcoming historical action drama. Vicky, who plays Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj, wore a simple blue kurta, while Rashmika looked graceful in a blue salwar suit. The duo participated in the puja led by a pandit.

In addition to this visit, the pair had also visited the Golden Temple in Amritsar recently, where they were seen in matching traditional outfits. Vicky helped Rashmika, who was in a wheelchair, as they made their way to the temple. Vicky shared his experience on social media, expressing the peace and divinity of the Golden Temple, linking it to the strength and devotion their film seeks to reflect.

Directed by Laxman Utekar, Chhaava is set to explore the life and legacy of Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj and is one of the most awaited films this year.
