Yash has officially begun filming for Ramayana, where he plays the role of Ravana. The film, directed by Nitesh Tiwari and co-produced by Yash and Namit Malhotra, stars Ranbir Kapoor and Sai Pallavi in lead roles and will be made in two parts.

Yash is currently filming intense action scenes under the guidance of renowned Hollywood stunt director Guy Norris, known for Mad Max: Fury Road and The Suicide Squad. Set photos showing Yash and Norris planning action sequences have surfaced online.

Ramayana – Part 1 is set to hit the big screens by Diwali 2026, with its thrilling sequel, Part 2, planned for a Diwali 2027 release.
