Archana Kottige, who gained recognition through various Kannada films, has tied the knot. She began a new life with Sharath, a cricketer from her home state. Photos and videos related to their wedding are now going viral on social media.

Archana, who has been part of the industry since 2018, has acted in movies such as Dear Sathya, Yellow Gangs, Vijayanand, and Hostel Hudugaru Bekagiddare. At the age of 28, she got married to Sharath BR, a cricketer who is recognized for playing for Karnataka. Their wedding took place in a traditional ceremony on Wednesday morning.

On Tuesday night, Archana and Sharath held a wedding reception, which was attended by several film industry celebrities, including Kantara heroine Sapthami Gowda. Cricketers like Prasidh Krishna, Yash Dayal, and Devdutt Padikkal, who are also from Karnataka, were present. Sharath, who played under-23 cricket for Karnataka and is a wicketkeeper-batsman, also played for Gujarat Titans in the last IPL season. Despite being bought by the team for a base price of Rs. 20 lakhs, he did not make it to the final squad. Now, with his marriage, both film and cricket celebrities are congratulating the new couple.
