The much-awaited Bigg Boss Kannada Season 12 is gearing up for its grand premiere soon. While Kichcha Sudeep had earlier announced he wouldn’t return as host, fan campaigns like KicchaBackOnBBK went viral, urging him to reconsider. After multiple discussions with Colors Kannada, Sudeep agreed to host again, confirming the news at a press conference.

The channel revealed they had no backup option and persuaded him to stay. Sudeep also confirmed he has signed on to host the next four seasons.

Explaining his earlier decision to quit, Sudeep said Bigg Boss Kannada didn’t receive the recognition other language versions did, which led him to consider focusing on films instead. However, he agreed to return after assurances that previous shortcomings would be addressed.
