Kannada star Darshan has been remanded to custody once more following the Supreme Court's revocation of his bail in connection with the Renukaswamy murder investigation. He and his friend Pavithra Gowda are held at Parappana Agrahara jail in Bengaluru. Darshan had filed a petition seeking a transfer to Bellary jail.
During the hearing, an unidentified person entered the court, demanded the death penalty for Darshan and Pavithra, and said neither should get bail. When asked about his identity, he claimed to be from Ravi Belagere's side.
The judge reprimanded him, noting such actions are criminal, and said requests should come through the government.
Kannada actor Darshan has returned to jail after the Supreme Court withdrew his bail in the ongoing Renukaswamy murder case.
