Following the success of Hanuman, director Prasanth Varma has announced a sequel titled Jai Hanuman. The film is currently searching for a lead actor, with Rishab Shetty, known for his role in Kantara, rumored to be in talks to portray Lord Hanuman. Varma emphasizes the need for a prominent star in the titular role, which has delayed production. If Shetty accepts the role, filming is expected to begin soon. Teja Sajja will return from the first film, and the project is produced by Niranjan Reddy under Primeshow Entertainment. Meanwhile, Shetty is occupied with the Kantara sequel, set to release next year with Hombale Films. Fans of both Varma and Shetty are eagerly awaiting this mythological drama.
