Kannada superstar Shiva Rajkumar recently shared his cancer journey. He fully recovered after undergoing surgery in Miami, as confirmed by his wife, Geetha. Despite his health struggles, Shiva resumed filming in March, including his role in the upcoming movie 45 with Upendra.

During promotions, he revealed that when diagnosed, his main concerns were family, commitments, and the future. Despite doctors urging him to start treatment immediately, he completed his pending projects, even attending Balakrishna's 50th birthday before beginning chemotherapy. He returned to the sets just days after treatment, insisting on finishing the shoot. "I didn’t want to cheat my people," he said, with support from Upendra and his team helping him complete the film.
