Actress Kasturi, who made controversial comments about Telugu people, has been denied anticipatory bail by the Madras High Court. Following multiple cases filed against her in Tamil Nadu, she had filed a petition for anticipatory bail, which was rejected by the court.

The court opined that Kasturi's statements were hateful and aimed at insulting Telugu people. The bench made it clear that anyone who makes such comments must face an inquiry.It is also known that Kasturi is currently absconding.
